Shipping | Exchanges


All orders are shipped USPS. Your order will ship as quickly as is humanly possible. We know you want it fast, and we want to get it to you fast. We all work full-time jobs to fund the Dimestore Saints' operations, so be gentle on us, just like you would a new set of tires. We will always let you know on the homepage if we are expecting a shipping delays for any reason. Thanks for being rad.


Being a DIY operation, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or misplaced by the USPS. 

Additionally, we stand behind our products and our goal is to never send something you'd want a refund for. That being said, we *do not* offer refunds. If you have issues with your order and are curious about an exchange, hit us up within 5 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange if the request is reasonable and during that 5 day window. Items returned for exchanges must be new, unworn and unwashed (come on, we don't want a sweaty shirt mailed back to us). Proof of your purchase (your invoice and confirmation email) must be printed and included with your exchange. So:

1. Email us first to see if/how we can assist your request for exchange.

2. Once approved, mail the item back* with the original invoice and confirmation email. 

3. Please include a reminder note explaining the reason for your exchange, referencing our previous email correspondence and the item you would like to exchange for, as agreed upon in the earlier email.**

*Shipping charges for exchanges are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Please use a insured/tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged exchange requests. Item must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

**If an item is no longer in stock and exchange has been agreed upon, but cannot be made, you will be refunded the cost of your purchase.
